At Manhaj as Salaf Education and Welfare Foundation (registered as a non-profit organization under Indian law), we deeply value the trust and generosity of our donors. While donations to our foundation are typically non-refundable as per standard charitable practices, we adhere to transparency and fairness in all financial transactions.
1. General Refund Policy
Donations: As a charitable trust, donations made to the Foundation are considered voluntary contributions toward our welfare and educational initiatives for orphans. Under normal circumstances, these donations are not eligible for refunds as per Indian tax laws and charitable trust guidelines.
Technical Errors: In case of accidental duplicate transactions or technical errors during payment processing, donors may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction by providing valid proof (transaction ID, bank statement, etc.).
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made fraudulently or without the donor’s consent.
Duplicate Payment: Multiple deductions for the same donation due to system errors.
Service Not Rendered: If a specified sponsored project/child’s education is canceled or unavailable.
3. How to Request a Refund
Eligible donors must:

Full name, contact details, and donor ID (if applicable).
Transaction details (date, amount, UTR/transaction number).
Reason for the refund request.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days via the original payment method.
For bank transfers, refunds may take additional time based on banking procedures.
5. Legal Compliance
All refunds are subject to compliance with Indian tax laws and IT Act, 2000.
The Foundation reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
